About A B Mufflers

Brake, transmission, exhaust and glass work is often done by specialty shops that see the same job dozens of times a week. Brake shops replace pads and rotors the same day and usually inspect for free; transmission shops rebuild or replace automatics and clutches, a multi-day job that deserves a second quote; muffler and exhaust shops weld custom pipes and replace catalytic converters, which in many states must meet emissions rules. Alignment and suspension shops fix pulling, uneven tire wear and worn shocks, and radiator shops handle overheating and cooling-system leaks. Auto glass shops replace windshields, often at your home or office, and recalibrate the driver-assistance cameras mounted behind the glass. Window tinting and car audio shops round out the group.

Torrance is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Torrance follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Ben knows cars inside and out, he goes above and beyond to assess the issues. He spent time trying to get the part to repair the electrical system operating my power windows/doors and van sliding door. Eventually having to dismantle the door after it still had issues. He got everything working perfectly to now even the keyless remote works. I thought it’d never work again. Everyone in the neighborhood comes to him due to his level of expertise, honesty, and integrity. Highly recommended

I had an excellent experience with this shop. The prices were very fair, and the team was completely honest throughout the process. You can tell they truly know cars inside and out—every question I had was answered with confidence and clarity. It’s rare to find mechanics who combine expertise with integrity, but these guys do exactly that. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable service!

Okay here we go I'm officially retired now that's a partially disabled so I really need my car I had a noise I was really thinking the engine was blown you know you're talking to $3,000 minimum to get it fixed and I stopped in the shop there and he told me it was a part that I never even thought about flywheel but I'm kind of guy is that he thought that was to find so I went to pick up the car not knowing what was going to cost and he showed me the part that he felt that was broke flywheel that was broke and there was another part that was broke too you showed me both of the parts very thorough and when he gave me the price I almost fell on the floor because the neighbor of mine had basically the same thing done on his car and he paid double the price I have you I haven't even told me cuz I'm going to break his heart so what I'm trying to say is the service is great very prompt The Price is Right and I'm a happy camper I would highly recommend these guys to anybody!
